I went to Brighton on the south coast of England a couple of months ago to see the Pavilion. After that, I went on the pier. While walking along the pier, I saw this confident gull basking in the attention of someone taking a photograph of it, so I decided to take a photo of that person taking a photo of a gull. I like how the photo came out, with the bold gull posing and the coast in the background.

Brighton, among other things, is noted for its gulls, with the local football team (soccer) nicknaming themselves The Seagulls.
